Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pemesanan Kamar di Azza Hotel Palembang
Abstract
This research is motivated by the progress of economic growth which gives its own color to the face of the world today. This is proven by the development of the hospitality industry in various regions. Many hotels in Indonesia are innovating to improve service quality. Azza Hotel Palembang is a 2-star classified hotel which was established on November 11, 2012. This research is entitled Analysis of Factors Influencing Room Booking Decisions at Azza Hotel Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of hotel guest perceptions on price, advertising, location, in making decisions using Azza Hotel Palembang services.The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data obtained by the author is based on direct involvement and results of observations in hotel work operations when carrying out field work practices at the Azza Hotel for 3 months. Based on the results of this study indicate that it can be seen that the factors that influence mina consumers in choosing services at Azza Hotel Palembang, namely external factors including promotion, price and location and internal factors including personal factors, namely work and psychological factors including attitudes and beliefs.
