Sistem Informasi Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas berbasis Website Pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Abstract

Based on these problems, a computerized mechanism is needed in the form of an information system to help the performance of employees to provide easier and faster services in making official travel orders at the South Sumatra Province Inspectorate Dearah office. the methodology used uses the observation method and the interview method. In this study, a development method called waterfall is used so that it will produce a web-based official travel order information system using the PHP MVC programming language and MySQL Relationship Diagram Management System (RDMS) which can be used to manage official travel order data at the South Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate office. The resulting website is expected to help employees in the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province facilitate the creation of letters to be made. The website created is built using the PHP programming language, PHP as a logic function and as a design using HTML, Visual Studio Code and MySql as a database programming language. The resulting website includes an operator dashboard, employee dashboard dashboard, NPPD data, SPT data, SPPD data, employee data, receipt data, official travel data, print sppd and print NPPD.
