Pengaruh Profesionalisme Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Butcher Steak & Pasta Palembang
Abstract
In today's marketing world, ensuring customer satisfaction is the main focus in business management, that aimed to achieve profitability. The best indicator for gaining future profits is customer satisfaction. It was explained that customer satisfaction is what customers expect from the services they use. This study aimed to determine the level of influence of service professionalism on customer satisfaction and to choose Butcher Steak & Pasta Palembang as the research object. The research method taken is quantitative with data collection using questionnaires. Samples were taken of 100 respondents. This results showed the influence of service professionalism on customer satisfaction at Butcher Steak & Pasta Palembang is 80.6%. If we look at the significance level and significance of the T test, so the results of the significance test (Sig) < significance level (0.001 < 0.05). There is an influence of service professionalism on customer satisfaction at Butcher Steak & Pasta Palembang.
