Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Guide for Presenters

To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:


  1. There are two options of registration: "Register" and “Login”.
    a. Click Register (if you are new participant and never join previous INCESS) then create  new account, chose as a presenter individual or team. Check your          email and activate your account, after that you may click Login.
    b. Click Login if you have ever joined previous INCESS (if you forgot your password click forgot password, our system will help you).
  2. Template and rules for making articles can be downloaded here
  3. Submit your abstracts (as many titles as you want).
  4. Wait until the committee announce the abstract review result.
  5. After announcement of abstract acceptance, make the payment and upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email).
  6. After your payment is confirmed, upload your full paper.
  7. Wait until the committee announce the paper review result.
  8. Revise your paper according to the review, and upload it through our online system (NOT email).
  9. Wait for the final announcement of paper acceptance for publication.
