Sampling method using the slovin formula. Respondents in this study amounted to 105 respondents. Types of data using primary and secondary data collection, data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS for Windows Version 20.00 application and produces a regression equation Y = 10,694 + 0.608.X¬1 + 0,525.X2. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The research location is the Department of Communication and Information of Empat Lawang Regency with a total of 48 respondents. The results of the study show the resulting effect as follows. The variable using Information Technology shows a regression coefficient value of 0.231 and a probability of 0.018, the Communication variable shows a regression coefficient value of 0.429 and a probability of 0.001, the Leadership Style variable shows a regression coefficient value of 0.194 and a probability of 0.008, then the Work Placement variable shows a regression coefficient value of 0.300 and a probability of 0.009. The quality of financial reports that are considered low will cause inefficiency that can disrupt economic growth. The results of a preliminary survey at Pertamina Hospital found that the financial reports made by Pertamina Hospital still cannot be clearly understood how to present it and the information presented is still incomplete, such as information on financial position and cash flow reports. This study uses primary data and data collection is done directly by using a questionnaire. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, three independent variables and one dependent variable were used, the three independent variables were Human Resources (X1), Information Technology (X2) and Internal Control System (X3) while the dependent variable was Financial Report Quality (Y). The results showed that both simultaneously and partially Human Resources, Information Technology, and Internal Control Systems had a positive and significant effect on budget absorption. The magnitude of the influence of these 3 variables on budget absorption which can be explained by the value of the coefficient of determination is 61.4%. However, for the procedure for recording and printing of e-KTP, it is not clear when the completion time is due to the data of the applicant's e-ID Recording and Printing is first verified to the Data Center (Database) of the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia for the validation of the single recording data, the applicant is given proof of retrieval and will be notified via short message (SMS) and or via WhatsApp when finished. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Muara Enim Regency has served service users and the community well. The officer also responds and responds to things asked by the community and provides directions related to these questions. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Muara Enim Regency has also guaranteed the safety of the community or applicants. The guarantee that has been given by the service provider is related to the service provider's ability to provide a high level of trust to service users, and the trustworthiness of the employees. This study is descriptive yet applies a quantitative technique. The population studied comprised 202 individuals, all of them were students enrolled in the Management Study Program at the University of Bina Darma Palembang. A total of 67 respondents were sampled using the Probability Sampling approach. Online questionnaires with a Likert scale are one method of data collection. Multiple Regression, Correlation Coefficient, R2 Determination Coefficient, T-Test, and F Test were used to analyze the data. The findings of data processing revealed an R-value of 0.644, indicating a strong link between Price Perception and Trust. There is a coefficient of determination indicating that Price Perception and Trust influence Purchase Interest by 39.6 percent and 60.4 percent, respectively, by other variables not included in the study. The partial test findings indicate that both Price Perception and Trust have a favorable and significant effect on online purchasing interest. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with five key informants and three supporting informants. Data collection methods in this study were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. As for testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed: 1) There were visible differences before and after Madrasah Aliyah teachers received certification allowances. 2) The certification allowance is implemented effectively, which can be seen in the workload of the certification teacher following the applicable Technical Guidelines, which is 24 hours per week and even more. In addition, educational qualifications are by the provisions. In terms of the level of discipline is very good. The results of the teacher's work have given quite good achievements. The results showed that, work motivation, leadership style and work stress have an effect on the performance of PoIres Lahat Police Members. The effect generated by the work motivation variable shows a regression coefficient value of 0.299 and a probability of 0.000, the leadership style variable shows a regression coefficient value of 0.246 and a probability of 0.008, then the work stress variable shows a regression coefficient value of -0.278 and a probability of 0.000.
