Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, mutations, career development and training on employee performance at the Dinas Pemuda and Sport, Empat Lawang Regency. The research was conducted on the staff of DISPORA in Empat Lawang as a population of 36  respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire as many as 36 questionnaires that were distributed and returned back as many as 36 questionnaires. The tool used in this study is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) program. The results of the research used resulted in two findings, namely: Compensation, Mutation, Career Development and Training partially or jointly adhering to Employee Performance at the Office of Youth and Sports, Empat Lawang Regency.
