Abstract

The aims of this study are: To determine and analyze the effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of Public Works and Spatial Planning Employees of Empat Lawang Regency. To find out and analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning of Empat Lawang Regency. To find out and analyze the effect of Career Development on the Performance of Public Works and Spatial Planning Employees at Empat Lawang Regency. To find out and analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Professionalism, and Career Development on Performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Empat Lawang Regency. The results of the study are: There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline, professionalism and career development either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Empat Lawang Regency.
