PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, BUDAYA KERJA, PEMBAGIAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat)
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze and prove the influence of competence, work culture, division of labor and communication both individually and collectively on employee performance Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat. The sample taken is the total sample of the entire population, namely all Civil Servants who work at Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat which amounted to 35 employees and employees of the Kelurahan Lebuay Bandung Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat as many as 5 employees, so the total number of employees is 40 employees who will be sampled in this study. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Ompetence has a significant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. The division of labor has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence, work culture, division of labor and communication have a significant effect together on employee performance Kantor Camat Merapi Timur Kabupaten Lahat.
