ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS TUNJANGAN SERTIFIKASI GURU MADRASAH ALIYAH SE-KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the condition of teachers before and after receiving the certification allowance and to analyze the effectiveness of the teacher certification allowance at Madrasah Aliyah throughout Muara Enim Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with five key informants and three supporting informants. Data collection methods in this study were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. As for testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed: 1) There were visible differences before and after Madrasah Aliyah teachers received certification allowances. 2) The certification allowance is implemented effectively, which can be seen in the workload of the certification teacher following the applicable Technical Guidelines, which is 24 hours per week and even more. In addition, educational qualifications are by the provisions. In terms of the level of discipline is very good. The results of the teacher's work have given quite good achievements. Judging from 2017-2019, graduates from Madrasah Aliyah throughout Muara Enim Regency have been widely accepted at favorite State Universities.
