Abstract

This research is to find out how big the influence of HR Planning, WorkAbility, Work Performance Assessment, and Work Environment Together on Employee Performance at the Village Community Empowerment Service, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Empat Lawang Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents as many as 57 civil servants. The results of the study indicate that HR Planning, WorkAbility, Work Performance Assessment, and Work Environment Together Against Employee Performance.
