Abstract

To know and analyze the influence of work culture on the performance of MAN 1 Muara Enim teachers, To know and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of MAN 1 Muara Enim teachers, To know and analyze the influence of work commitment on the performance of MAN 1 Muara Enim teachers, Analysis methods used in This research is using quantitative analysis by using multiple regression formula, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f test) and correlation coefficient, and terminated coefficient. Influence of work culture (X1) Improved performance (Y), obtained Sig value 0.000 <0.05 then accept Ha and reject Ho which means there is a significant influence between Influence of work culture (X1) on Improved Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in This study proved to show a significant effect. The effect of work discipline (X2) on Performance improvement (Y), obtained Sig value 0.010 <0.05 then reject Ho and accept Ha which means there is a significant effect between work discipline (X2) on Improved performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this study proved to show a significant effect. Effect of work commitment (X3) Improved performance (Y), obtained a significant value of 0.018 <0.05 then accept Ha and reject Ho which means there is an effect that significant between work commitment (X3) to Performance improvement (Y), so the hypothesis in this study proved to show a significant effect. The effect of the hypothesis in this study proved to show a significant influence of independent variables on dependent variables.
