PENGARUH DIKLAT, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA BAPPEDA KABUPATEN LAHAT
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of education and training on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus BAPPEDA Lahat Regency, to find out and analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus BAPPEDA Lahat District, to find out and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of the Civil Apparatus State Civil BAPPEDA of Lahat Regency and to find out and analyze the influence of training, career development, and competence together on the performance of the Civil Civil Apparatus of BAPPEDA State Lahat Regency. The primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 57 people of the Bappeda State Civil Apparatus of Lahat Regency. Data analysis techniques used were the SPSS application version, using data testing, and statistical testing. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely training, career development, and competence, there is an influence on the performance of the Civil Civil Apparatus of the BAPPEDA Lahat Regency simultaneously and partially
