Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of supervision, work attitude, and professionalism individually or collectively on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Muara Enim Regency. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (test) and correlation coefficient, and coefficient of termination. The results showed that supervision, work attitude, and professionalism affected the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Muara Enim Regency. The influence generated by the Supervision variable shows a Sig value of 0.034 <0.05, the Work Attitude variable shows a Sig value of 0.003 <0.05, then the Professionalism variable shows a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Together, the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable shows a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it is concluded that the three variables partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance variable (Y).
