Abstract

Purpose of this study is to understand communication on employee performance, to understandmotivation on employee performance, to understand satisfaction onemployee performance, to understand correlation of communication, motivation, and satisfaction on employee performance in the Department of Public Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Lahat. In this study using primary and secondary data, primary data were obtained by asking questionnaires to 65 employees as respondents in the sample. Secondary data in the form of data collection data records from agencies. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. From the results from the variables communication, motivation, and satisfaction showed a significant correlationon the performance of employees in the Department of Public Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Lahat. Improved communication, motivation, and satisfaction will increase optimal performance of employees.
