Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the level of formal education, work experience, work culture, and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Bappeda Muara Enim Regency. The analytical method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis using multiple regression formulas, partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (f tests) and coefficients are terminated. Significant test of the influence of Formal Education Level (X1) on Performance (Y), obtained Sig value of 0.041 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus the level of formal education (X1) significantly influence the performance (Y). Significant test of the influence of Work Experience (X2) on Performance (Y), obtained a Sig value of 0.048 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus the influence of Work Experience (X2) on the Performance variable (Y) can be said to have a significant effect. Significant test of the influence of Work Culture (X3) on Performance (Y), obtained Sig value of 0.006 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus the influence of Work Culture (X3) with the Performance variable (Y) can be said to have a significant effect. Significant test the effect of Job Satisfaction (X4) on Performance (Y), obtained Sig value of 0.023 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus the influence of Job Satisfaction (X4) with the Performance variable (Y) can be said to have a significant effect. Effect of Formal Formal Education Level, Work Experience, Work Culture and Job Satisfaction on Performance, obtained Sig value of 0.003, this shows that the Sig value is 0.003 <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Formal Education Level (X1), Work Experience (X2), Work Culture (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) together have a significant influence on the Performance variable (Y)
