Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship of leadership effectiveness with employee work motivation at Non-Formal Educational Unit Institutions Learning Activity Center and to know and analyze the relationship between organizational culture and employee work motivation at Non-Formal Educational Institution Work Unit Learning Center Primary Data in This research was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 432 employees of the Non-Formal Educational Unit of the Center for Learning Activities. Data analysis techniques used in the SPSS application version, using data testing, and satatistik testing. From the results of data analysis of the variables studied, namely the effectiveness of leadership and organizational culture shows a relationship with employee work motivation at the Institute for Non-Formal Education Unit Learning Activities
