Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work procedures, work planning, competence and work division partially and simultaneously on the work performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning staff of Muara Enim Regency. The analytical method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis using multiple regression formulas, partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (f tests) and correlation coefficients, and coefficients are terminated. The Effect  of  Work Procedure  (X1)  on Work  Performance  (Y),  obtained  Sig value 0.000 <0.05 then accept Ha and reject Ho which means that there is a significant influence between Work Procedure (X1) on Work Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this research is proven to show that there is a significant influence. Work Planning Effect (X2) on Work Achievement (Y), obtained Sig value of 0.010 <0.05 then rejecting Ho and accepting Ha which means it shows there is a significant effect between Work Planning (X2) on Job Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this study is proven to show a significant effect. Competence Effect (X3) on Job Performance (Y), obtained a significant value of 0.018 <0.05 then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means that there is an influence significant between Competency (X3) on Job Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this study proved to show a significant effect. Effect of Division of Labor (X4) on Work Performance (Y), obtained a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means there is a significant effect between Division of Work (X4) on Job Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this research has been shown to show a significant effect. Sig value is 0,000 which means Sig 0,000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means Work Procedure (X1), Work Planning (X2), Competence (X3) and Work Distribution (X4) have a significant effect together - the same with Job Performance (Y), so the hypothesis in this study is proven to show that there is a significant influence of independent variables on the dependent variable.
