Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of Supervision (X1) Leadership Style (X2) Work Culture (X3) Work Facilities (X4) on the performance of the Election Supervisory Board of Empat Lawang Regency, whether there is an influence of Supervision (X1), Leadership Style ( X2), Work Culture (X3) and Work Facilities (X4) together on the Performance (Y) of the employees of the Election Supervisory Body of Empat Lawang Regency. Data analysis method Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the equation: Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b 3 X 3+ b 4 X 4 + e. The results of the study: Supervision has an effect on performance proven to have a positive and significant effect. Testing the Effect of Leadership Style on Performance has been proven to have a positive and significant effect, Testing the Effect of Work Culture on Performance is proven to have a positive and significant effect, Testing the Effect of Work Facilities on Performance is proven to have a positive and significant effect.
