Abstract

Research on the Effect of Work Planning, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Training on Work Performance of Civil Servants was carried out at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Empat Lawang Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely all employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Empat Lawang as many as 45 respondents. The test in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the tool of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) program version 26.The results of testing the effect of Work Planning, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Training are proven to have a positive and significant effect on the Work Achievement of Civil Servants of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Empat Lawang Regency either partially or simultaneously.
