analysis of the degree of saturation (DJ). The result of the analysis of the generation data in one
day during rush hour caused by the IPAL excavation were 26.111 vehicles/hour and 20.813,7
cur/hour. The value of the degree of saturation (DJ) obtained based on observations on the
independent road is 0,69. Therefore, it can be concluded that the IPAL construction on Merdeka
road affects the traffic volume to be higher.
