Abstract

The implementation of project work often faces obstacles that can cause delays in project completion.
Result value analysis can be used to monitor and evaluate project work by estimating (forecasting) the extent to which
the project will be implemented in accordance with the work plan based on time, cost, performance (results) of a
project's work. This study intends to analyze the application of value analysis theory to the construction of the Major
Ruslan Lahat Ring Road. Therefore, the objectives of this research are (1) to predict the time and final cost of the
project; (2) Calculate the time variance (SV), cost variance (CV). Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Time Performance
Index (SPI) that occur in the project under review; (3) Knowing the efforts that can minimize the occurrence of delays
in project implementation deviations.
The research method used is a quantitative method by calculating the variables that affect the cost
performance index (CPI) and time performance index (SPI).
The performance of the project implementation in the 13th week from the cost aspect shows that the
implementation of this project benefits from the previously planned costs (Cost Underrun), this is indicated by the cost
variance (CV) value of Rp. 139,636,489 and the Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1,070 > 1. Meanwhile, from the
schedule aspect, it shows that the implementation of this project has been delayed from the previously planned schedule
(Schedule Overrun), this is indicated by the schedule variance (SV) -Rp.175,375,451.19 and the Schedule Performance
Index. (SPI) = 0.924 < 1.
