PERHITUNGAN WAKTU STANDAR DALAM PERAWATAN KENDARAAN DENGAN METODE WORK SAMPLING

Abstract

Work sampling is an activity of measuring work for standard time, the proportion for
lost time (idle/delay) and seeing the proportion of non-productive activities that take
place in a certain time cycle. Periodic maintenance has the highest percentage of units,
including external periodic service (SBEK). From the results of the initial analysis,
the type of vehicle that performs periodic maintenance is dominated by the Avanza
with a total of 654 units. In this vehicle process, the vehicle takes 180 minutes which
is far more than the standard time target of 60 minutes. The method used in this study
is the work sampling method which measures the workload of employees through
productive and non-productive performance in order to find out what the standard
output of work in Toyota Avanza maintenance is. The results of this study are (1) in
the process of maintaining Toyota vehicles on the Avanza unit, the standard time
obtained is: 40.2 minutes. (2) the number of workers needed by the company in
carrying out Toyota vehicle maintenance is: 28,17 or 28 people. (3) the calculation of
the workload of technicians' productivity in completing the toyota avanza vehicle
maintenance work is 108%.
