Abstract

Competition in business is influenced by the level of company productivity, low product prices and
product quality. To maintain the consistency of the quality of the products produced in accordance with the
demands of market needs, it is necessary to carry out quality control over the process activities undertaken.
The purpose of this study was to determine the types of damage that occurred in the products produced by PT.
Oasis Waters international and Knowing what factors cause damage to the products produced by PT. Oasis
Waters international using descriptive methods and action research methods. Collecting data in this study
using documentation and observation. The results showed that there were several rejects at PT. Oasis Waters
International, namely leaking / breaking in the cup, then the lid cup is damaged, the volume of product water
is less or not up to standard, the cup shape is uneven (dented) and dirty product water and the most dominant
factors causing product defects are machine and human factors.
