Crossroads are places where traffic conflicts occur is a meeting area of ​​the road network and also a place the meeting of vehicles from various directions and changes in direction including the facilities needed for traffic movement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and service level of the four-way signalized Manna intersection Jalan Kombes H. Umar, Jalan Pesirah Yohan, Jalan Alamsyah Ratu Prawiranegara and Jalan MT. Haryono with performance indicators of signalized intersections which include capacity, degree of saturation, queue length, vehicle stops and delays using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method. The primary data used in this study are road geometric data, traffic volume data and signal timing data. The analysis is carried out to obtain the performance of the intersection in the form of the Service Level Index (ITP) of the intersection. The results of the analysis will show whether the intersection is still in normal performance or needs immediate treatment to parse the problem. It can be known through the degree of saturation ratio (DS) of the intersection. Based on data analysis, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the performance of the four manna intersections in 2021 with an intersection capacity on the South arm 2549.02, West Approach 1085.95, East Approach 572.97, North Approach 1236.75. While the degree of saturation (DS) for the south approach is 0,84, the west approach is 0.85, the east approach is 0.77, the north approach is 0.75. And the queue length on the South Approach is 99.53 M, West Approach 278.41 M, East Approach 90.59 M and North Approach 94.35 M. The growth of afternoon rush hour traffic in 2022-2031, namely 2022, LV is 788, HV of 7 and MC of 1672 while for 2031 LV of 942, HV of 9 and MC of 1998.
