Asphalt is a mixture of continuous graded aggregates of bitumen materials. Rice husks affected the increasing a value of MQ so that it has an insignificant impact. From the results of the tests that have been done, it can be concluded that, the greater the percentage of Cement PCC Subtitusition and Rice Husks against AC-WC asphalt tends not to have a significant impact on flexibility properties while for durability values both because it fullfil specifications
