Abstract

ABSTRACT:One of thebuilding material sthatisstill widely used in infrastructure
development is concrete. In some quality concrete is greatly influenced by
itsmanufacturewiththeuniformityofbasicmaterialsandmethodsofimplementation.
Cementisanadhesive material betweenaggregatesandcertainlevels. The cement water
factor is the most decisive factor for high or medium quality concrete results by showing
the ratio between the weight of water and the weight of cement. In this study, the ideal

treatment is treatment by coated with other media such as burlap sacks. Researchers use
10% silica fume additive and superplaticizer with a variation of 1%, 1.5%, 2% in mixing
concrete to get a strong variation of results. press Concrete quality is planned to be fc '35
Mpa (K-450) at the age of 3 days and at the age of 28 days normal concrete, compressive
strength is tested at 2 days, 3 days, 7 days and 28 days. Using a test object in the form of
cubes 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm as many as 64 samples. The results of the study of slump
values were obtained between 8 cm - 6 cm. In this study obtained results on variations in
the mixture of superplasticizer naphthalene 2% and silica fume 10% The treatment of a
compound of 42.25 Mpa at 28 days and an ideal treatment of 43.26 Mpa at 28 days. At
the age of 3 days with a compound treatment with a concrete compressive strength of
37.47 MPa found in variations of NVC + 2% Superplaticizer mixture + 10% Silica Fume,
while at the age of 3 days ideal treatment with a concrete compressive strength of 37.74
MPa is found in NVC + mixture variations 2% Superplaticizer + 10% Silica Fume.
