Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas Akibat Pembangunan Preservasi Jalan Di Ruas Jalan Soekarno-Hatta Kota Palembang

The Soekarno-Hatta road section is a 4-lane 2-way divided road type with a road length of 3.2 km and a road width of 7 meters. Roads play an important role in the transportation sector, such as roads to offices, hospitals, markets and schools which cause traffic jams during peak hours. Therefore, to overcome these problems, a method is needed to find out how much influence the existing road conditions have on changes in the performance of the road segment.This research also aims to determine the level of service on the Soekarno-Hatta road segment. Analysis of the performance of the Soekarno-Hatta road segment was carried out using primary data and secondary data. Traffic volume data is surveyed for 7 days for 18 hours per day at 06.00 - 24.00. Analysis of road performance using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method with the degree of saturation (Dj) as the main indicator of road segment performance. Based on the LHR survey, it was found that the peak hours of traffic from the Soekarno-Hatta road to the protected tiger intersection on Monday at 07.00 – 08.00, which were 3270 vehicles/hour with a volume of 2192.5 cur/hour, and based on the LHR survey, the peak hours of traffic were obtained. from the protected tiger crossroad to the Soekarno-Hatta road section on Wednesday 17.00 – 18.00, which is 2680 vehicles/hour with a volume of 1880,4 cur/hour. from the calculation results, the capacity is 1782 cur/hour and the highest degree of saturation (Dj) is 1.23 and the service level is F.
