ANALISIS KINERJA RUAS JALAN PARAMESWARA KELURAHAN BUKIT BARU KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract

The population in the city of Palembang is increasing every year, supported by data from the local government which states that the population in the city of Palembang has increased significantly. Jalan Parameswara, Bukit Baru Village, Palembang City, plays an important role in the transportation sector, especially for the balance of the distribution of goods and services, as well as infrastructure for offices, banking, shops, shops, education, and settlements.
This final project aims to analyze the performance of roads on Jalan Parameswara for 1 week with the value of Traffic Volume that occurs on Mondays from 16.00 WIB - 17.00 WIB with a total of 2650 kej/hour. And the low traffic volume is on Thursday afternoon from 13.00 – 14.00 WIB with a total of 1914 kej/hour. The performance of the Parameswara road segment is obtained after analyzing the Vehicle Volume there, it is found that the degree of saturation is 0.48. Where in the zone, in the stable current zone. The driver is limited in choosing the speed.
Travel speed and travel time on this Parameswara road has a travel time of 88 seconds in the morning at a speed of 30.48 km/hour, a travel time of 65 seconds in the afternoon at a speed of 41.26 km/hour and a travel time of 125 seconds in the afternoon with a speed of 21 .46 km/h with an average speed of 31.06 km/h.
