Abstract

This study compares the initial bonding of Portland cement composite (pcc) cement. Baturaja cement, Scg cement, and Conch cement with a ratio of w/c (water cement ratio) 0.40-0.60. The total number of samples is 15 and each cement has a ratio of 0.40-0.60 and produces 5 samples in each cement. The composition of the mixture in this study was based on a predetermined ratio. The test results obtained that the initial cement bond decreased by 25 mm and the consistency was obtained from the first and second penetrations. The results showed that the initial binding of each cement with the same ratio was the ratio of Br-0.40 - br-0.60 initial binding obtained 110 minutes, 112.5 minutes, 113 minutes, 114 minutes, 115 minutes. For the ratio of Sc-0.40 - Sc 0.60, the initial tie obtained was 109 minutes, 111 minutes, 112 minutes, 114 minutes, 118 minutes. And for the Co-0.40 – C0-
0.60 ratio, the initial tie obtained was 110 minutes, 111 minutes, 112 minutes, 113 minutes, 117 minutes. Then the consistency obtained for each cement with a certain ratio is Br-0.40 – Br-0.60 is 10 mm, 10 mm, 10 mm, 4 mm and 3 mm For consistency Sc-0.40 - Sc0.60 is 11 mm, 10 mm, 10 mm, 4 mm , 4mm. And for the consistency of Co-0.40 – Co-0.60 is 10 mm, 10 mm, 10 minutes, 5 mm, and 3 mm.
