ANALISIS PELAYANAN TRANSPORTASI ANGKUTAN UMUM ( STUDI KASUS TRANS MUSI ) DI KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract

Transportation is a very important field in the life of Indonesian people. The importance of transportation in Indonesia is caused by several factors, including the geographical condition of Indonesia as an archipelagic country, the waters consisting mostly of seas, rivers and lakes that allow transportation to be carried out by land, water and air to reach it. the entire territory of Indonesia.
This final project aims to analyze public transportation services, especially trans-music in the city of Palembang. By choosing 3 Long, Medium and Short Routes, the discussion using the AHP method becomes a bit much. According to the respondents involved in this study, the thing that affects the quality of service for passengers is the comfort factor, with a high data percentage of 0%, moderate 30.7% and low 69.3%. The comfort factor on the low route also has moderate comfort according to respondents, supported by high data of 33.3%, medium 14.7% and 52%. the convenience factor on the short route also has poor comfort for the respondents, supported by high data of 0%, medium 16% and low 84%.
For Service Level Quality, it was found that the level of service quality according to the best respondents was on the Long Alang-Alang Lebar – Opi Mall route with a value of 0.4983 and then the second rank was proposed for the Alang-Alang Lebar – Ampera Medium Route with a value of 0.2546, and lastly discussed by Air Short Route – AAL Translucent Road with a value of 0.2471.
