PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN KERJA MENTAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE BOURDON WIERSMA PADA OPERATOR RUANG KONTROL (STUDI KASUS PT. PERTAMINA EP ASSET - 2 FIELD ADERA)
Work is something that is needed by humans. Work that does not prioritize occupational health and safety will cause a large workload to be borne both physically and mentally. This causes workers to experience fatigue and will affect performance. Work fatigue is a symptom associated with decreased work efficiency, skills, boredom, and increased anxiety. This study uses the Bourdon Wiersma method to measure the level of mental work fatigue, where based on the results of research that has been carried out, the speed level of the Control section is obtained where all employees get a Weighted Score of "9 and 10" in the "Enough" category. The level of employee accuracy is obtained. the results where 25% of employees get a Weighted Score of "10 and 11.5" are in the "Enough" category, 12.5% of employees get a Weighted Score of "13" are in the "Good enough" category, while 62.5% of employees get a Weighted Score “7.5 and 8” are in the “Doubtful” category. While the level of concentration obtained results whereat the concentration level where 62.5% of employees obtained a Weighted Score of "9 and 10" in the "Enough" category, and for 37.5% of employees obtained a Weighted Score of "8" it was in the "Doubtful" category.
