Abstract

The main purpose of a company is to seek profit, commonly referred to as profit. And profits are usually obtained from consumers, therefore there is a reason why consumers are very important in their existence in a company engaged in services. So to get the desired profit, a company must provide excellent service to consumers so that consumers feel satisfied and there is usually an opportunity for these consumers to become regular consumers.
