PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN DENGAN MODEL END USING COMPUTING SATISFACTION PADA APLIKASI MARKETING INTELLIGENCE PT. SEMEN BATURAJA (PERSERO) TBK
Abstract
End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a method to measure the level of satisfaction of users of an application system by comparing the expectations and reality of an information system. The five EUCS factors consist of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction using marketing intelligence application users with the End Using Computing Satisfaction Model at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study were 43 network marketing people at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk users of marketing intelligence applications. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. Based on data analysis, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the level of satisfaction of users of marketing intelligence applications with the End Using Computing Satisfaction Model in terms of Content (Content), Accuracy (Accuracy), Format (Form), Ease of Use (Ease of Use) and Timeliness (Timeliness) at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is in good category. Marketing intelligence application users PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk seen from the marketing intelligence application users can quickly find a store where to buy Baturaja cement so that the needs of users of marketing intelligence applications can be easily met. Marketing intelligence application users PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk can make valid purchases of Baturaja cement anywhere and anytime and this purchase report can be opened anywhere as long as there is an internet network using the marketing intelligence application. Marketing intelligence application users PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk can make a recapitulation of Baturaja cement purchases easily and can track purchase data information easily and quickly by using the marketing intelligence application. Marketing intelligence application users PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk can find user data for marketing intelligence applications quickly and easily, for example, marketing intelligence application user data ranging from identity, location, and others that can be accessed anywhere using marketing intelligence applications.
