ANALISIS PENERAPAN METODE 5R (STUDI KASUS : PT. SPS HONDA MOTOR PALEMBANG)
Abstract
SPS Honda Motor Palembang is a company engaged in the sale and motorcycle service. Problems that often arise in Automotive companies today is a lack of attention to human aspects, if you want to understand employee behavior, a manager or leader must be able to create conditions that support work comfort and enthusiasm, so that with these conditions employees can improve quality. it works. This study aims to determine the application of the 5R method in the company PT. SPS Honda Motor and made comparisons with the company PT. Astra Honda Motor as the flagship official dealer. 5R is a basic movement or fundamental movement to change an area or work environment in accordance with the standards set by each company. After conducting the 5R audit at the location, the author assesses the implementation of the 5R at PT. SPS Honda Motor is already very good. From the results of the 5R audit research analysis results obtained with an average overall value of 87.26 at PT. SPS Honda Motor and slightly superior to PT. Astra Honda Motor with an overall average score of 88.76.
