PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN KERJA MENTAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE BOURDON WIERSMA
(STUDI KASUS PT PERTAMINA PALEMBANG)
Abstract
In this era of globalization, work is something that is needed by humans. This need continues to increase as technological developments are increasing. This causes workers to experience fatigue. Jobs that do not prioritize work health and safety will cause a large workload to be borne both physically and mentally. The word "tired" has its own meaning for each individual and is subjective. Fatigue is a process that results in a decrease in well-being, capacity or performance as a result of work activities. then found things like; decrease in working speed. This study uses the Bourdon Wiersma method to measure the level of fatigue, where it can be concluded that for the speed level all operators are in the "Good Enough, and Enough" category. For the level of accuracy, 67% of operators are in the "Doubtful" category, and 33% of operators is in the "enough" category. Meanwhile, for the concentration level 83% of operators are in the "doubtful" category, and 17% of operators are in the "fair" category.
