PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCES (SCOR)

Abstract

Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Sungai Niru Business Unit is a BUMN owned company engaged in the oil palm sector. The company has many stakeholders and it is difficult to manage its supply chain, thus affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's supply chain. The study was conducted to measure the performance of the company's supply chain using the Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) method. The initial hierarchical model of performance measurement is adjusted to the condition of the company to measure its supply chain performance, while the normalization of Snorm De Boer functions to equalize the value of the matrix used as measurement indicators. The level of importance of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with a subjective questionnaire. The performance attribute value obtained is reliability 0.39, responsiveness 0.20, agility 0.28; and asset management 0.14. The total performance value is 98. This value shows that the company's supply chain performance is in the excellent category (very good).
