Queuing system is a common situation that occurs at gas stations at PT. Coco golf hill, which always happens in daily life, is a problem at every refueling point. Therefore we need the right information and can reduce the long queues at the gas station in order to plan an optimal facility path by applying the queuing method using SPSS distribution test and Arena simulai software that can get results that can reduce the queues at the gas station, and then using the arena simulation software test to be able to run the queue starting from the initial condition server (2 servers) and comparison server (3 servers), and get the results with the most customer arrivals, 135 customers with the calculation of Po = 0.88, Ls = 60.83 (61 people), Ws 0.48 (1 person), Lq = 0.09, tt = 0.22, and Ns = 0.24.
