PENJADWALAN ULANG KERTAS LAKMUS DAN BAKTERI DALAM MENGELOLA LIMBAH MENGUNAKAN METODE EKONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (STUDY KASUS : PT ADIRA AGRO)

Abstract

In the industrial world there is an increase in competition which is quite tight so that the demand for goods also increases. Therefore, the scheduling of raw materials in waste management such as litmus paper and decomposing bacteria is very important to be scheduled so that there is no material vacancy in PT. Andira Agro, this company is engaged in manufacturing so that there will always be goods (litmus paper and decomposing bacteria) which will be distributed every month to process wastes so that there is no shortage or excess stock of goods, one method that can be used to solve problems is the ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) method, the EOQ method uses the technique of determining the loy size and safety stock, with the results of research at PT. Andira Agro received a reduction in costs from Rp. 18,600,000 to Rp. 13,950,000 with a reduction in costs of 25%.
