At manufacturing facilities planning companies include determining how to support production activities. Product handling cannot be separated from the initial to the end of production system before customer distribution is carried out. For this reason, a cost emphasis effort is needed by increasing effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. One way that can be done is to maxime the layout of production facilities. The problem facing the company today is irregularity in the placement of production stations. The objectives to be achieved by researchers are. (1) Redesigning the layout of production facilities, (2) Calculate material handling costs. The method used in solving this Problem is the method of Systematic Layout Planning. From the results of the study, there were 11 work stations with initial layout with material handling cost of Rp. 2.126.968.222,5, while the proposed into layout obtained 11 work element grouped into 4 work stations with material handling costs Rp. 1.700.181.429,8,- per month. Resulting in decrease in material handling cost by 20,06%.
