Abstract

[Planning maintenance of instrument base on FMEA and MTTF] In April 2019 Urea Plant PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja had been shutdown plant for 3 times because instrument component fail worked. For prevent that’s and for keep production of urea stable PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang implement factory maintenance management. Planner make schedule maintenance and manage material for maintenance will be available when needed. Make schedule preventive maintenance job we can see machine condition base on FMEA. And than we will get RPN value for planning corrective maintenance. RPN obtained calculate rating of severity, occurance and detection. Scale of rating is from 1 until 10 base on rule have been made. Instrument have the biggest value RPN will be analisis for get MTTF value. Instruments have biggest RPN value that is PCV-101. PCV-101 have 46,7 days of RPN value.
