ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE DINAS PENDIDIKAN BANYUASIN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0
Abstract
Website is an application of information technology that plays an important role as a means of providing information and promotion. The website studied in this study is the Banyuasin Education Office website which serves as a means of delivering information to support the quality of employee performance, in this study researchers conducted an analysis to find out the Banyuasin Education Office website service. The analysis is a reference or benchmark used in relation to the system analysis method. In this study, the webqual 4.0 analysis model was used. The webqual 4.0 method has four dimensions, namely: 1 quality of information 2) quality of service interaction 3) usability 4) user satisfaction. Objective: To analyze the service quality of the Banyuasin Education Office website using the webqual 4.0 method Methods: This study uses a descriptive research method with an analytical survey approach, this research instrument uses a questionnaire for data collection, this type of research is a non-experimental study with a population of 1026, and a sample of 92 respondents. The results of the research that have been carried out by researchers show that the majority of respondents from school operators are 52 women (56.5%), and 40 (43.5%). Ussability variable has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.01, Information Quality variable is found to be insignificant and has no effect on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.162, and the Interaction Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. significant effect on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0.00.
