MODEL DELONE & MCLEAN UNTUK MENGUKUR TINGKAT KEBERHASIAN PENERAPAN E-LEARNING
Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of successful application of e-learning, by using the theory developed by Delone & McLean, namely a method that has 6 variables, namely: Information quality, System quality, Service quality, Use, User satisfaction, Net Benefit, with the number of variables. a sample of 94 people. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results show that the Information Quality (X1), System Quality (X2), and Service Quality (X3) from e-learning, affect the level of users (Y1) on e-learning, Information Quality (X1), System Quality (X2), and Service Quality (X3) from e-learning affect the level of User Satisfaction (Y2) on the e-learning, from Users (Y1) and User satisfaction (Y2) from e-learning affect Net Results or profits ( Y3) from using e-learning, Net Results (Y3) obtained from using e-learning affect the level of User (Y1) and User Satisfaction (Y2), and User Satisfaction (Y2) with e-learning affects User Level (Y1) e-learning itself and so should, User (Y1) affect User Satisfaction (Y2) e-learning.
