Abstract
The rapid growth of SI has made the website an integral part of an agency in terms of services for users. The service of a website needs to be measured to determine the level of user satisfaction and to get feedback. In this study using the WebQual 4. 0 method, namely, Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, and User Satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Palembang National SAR Agency. This research was conducted using a questionnaire. The population of this study were the users of the Basarnas Palembang website. The results obtained in this study are the level of satisfaction of users of the Basarnas Palembang website which is better, it is found that the quality of usability, quality of information, and quality of service interactions have a positive effect on user satisfaction.
