Currently the number of medical personnel is not balanced with the number of patients, therefore experts cannot quickly diagnose eye diseases suffered by patients and also Not everyone can do eye health checks to an ophthalmologist because they are constrained by several things, for example, a problem financial and difficult to find transportation to go to an ophthalmologist who tends to be only in the city so that they cannot have the appropriate attention and action to treat eye diseases. So, a website-based expert system was created to be an alternative in overcoming these problems. The purpose of this study is to implement Naive Bayes to diagnose diseases of the human eye. There are two stages of work in this application. First, the system asks the patient to input the symptoms they are experiencing. Second, the system will automatically display the diagnosis results of eye diseases suffered by patients. With the creation of an expert system based on this website, it is hoped that the expert can diagnose eye diseases quickly and also the patient itself can use this expert system to diagnose eye diseases based on the symptoms they suffer, but the system is made only as a temporary diagnosis or early diagnosis. With this system, patients will find it easier to perform eye health checks anytime and anywhere, the output of this system is in the form of illnesses and their solutions.

Saat ini jumlah tenaga medis tidak seimbang dengan jumlah pasien, oleh karena itu para pakar tidak bisa dengan cepat mendiagnosa penyakit mata yang diderita pasien dan juga Tidak semua orang bisa melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada mata ke dokter spesialis mata karena terkendala oleh beberapa hal misalnya, adanya masalah finansial serta susahnya mencari transportasi untuk ke dokter spesialis mata yang cenderung hanya ada di kota saja sehingga tidak bisa memiliki perhatian dan tindakan yang sesuai untuk mengatasi penyakit pada mata. Maka, dibuat sebuah sistem pakar berbasis website untuk menjadi alternatif dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengimplementasikan Naive Bayes untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada mata manusia. Terdapat dua tahapan kerja pada aplikasi ini. Pertama, sistem meminta pasien untuk menginput gejala-gejala yang dialami. Kedua, sistem akan secara otomatis menampilkan hasil diagnosis dari penyakit mata yang diderita oleh pasien. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pakar berbsis website ini, diharapkan pakar dapat mendiagnosa penyakit mata dengan cepat dan juga pasien itu sendiri dapat menggunakan sistem pakar ini untuk mendiagnosa penyakit mata berdasarkan gejala yang dideritanya, akan tetapi sistem yang dibuat hanya sebagai diagnosa sementara atau diagnosa awal. Dengan adanya sistem ini pasien akan lebih mudah melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada mata kapan saja dan dimana saja, hasil output dari sistem ini berupa penyakit yang diderita beserta solusinya.
