PERENCANAAN PENGADAAN SUKU CADANG MESIN PERAWAT JALAN REL DENGAN METODE P DAN Q

Abstract

Sistem pengendalian persediaan di perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa penambahan persediaan suku cadang dilakukan secara berulang dan permintaan bahan bersifat tidak bebas karena tergantung pada kebutuhan suku cadang yang sering digunakan. Berdasarkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan persediaan bahan adalah metode statistik yaitu model P dan Q. Kedua model merupakan model persediaan yang menentukan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan bahan yang optimal sehingga diperoleh total biaya persediaan minimal. Untuk merencanakan pengadaan 15 suku cadang. Perencanaan model Q yang meliputi jumlah kebutuhan suku cadang, waktu ancang dan harga pembelian berpengaruh pada jumlah pemesanan optimal. Pada model P, perencanaan suku cadang jumlah kebutuhan berpengaruh pada tingkat persediaan maksimum tetapi tidak menyebabkan perubahan model sedangkan perubahan waktu ancang dan harga pembelian tidak berpengaruh baik pada tingkat persediaan maksimum. Dalam penerapan model Q dan P, hasil dari penerapan model yang layak digunakan untuk pemesanan suku cadang model Q yang baik digunakan karena pemesanan lebih optimal dengan biaya terendah.
