Abstract

Technological developments the concrete material as well as the method of execution in the field of construction that leads to concrete prefabricated industry intensified flourished in Indonesia. With his massive infrastructure development in all corners of the country as well as a limited time, provides its own challenges for industrial construction and innovate contribute to continue to make concrete material characteristics of the early great power to optimize time and production capacity. Generally, in the concrete work conventionally, an important job to be done is the database compaction or vibration on concrete. Conventional concrete casting at the confluence of the beam-column contained a lot of reinforcement attached faced with the difficulty of achieving optimal density though has solidified with the vibrating tools (vibrator). One of the solutions to overcome these problems, namely with the technology of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC). In this study, the material added (admixture) used the type of superplasticizer was Viscocrete. This research was conducted on four variables i.e. NVC and HESSCC with variations:(Viscocrete 1%+Silica Fume 10%), (Viscocrete 2% + Silica Fume 10%)and (Viscocrete 3% + Silica Fume 10%). The sample used i.e. a cube with a size of 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm. Concrete quality planned i.e. fc ' 45 MPa. The number of the sample as a whole amounted to 48 samples consisting of 12 samples of NVC and 36 samples at HESSCC. The samples will be done testing on age 1,2,3 .7, 14, and 28 days. Research results show that the value of strong concrete press at the age of 3 days of NVC against 28.1 MPa and at the age of 28 days 46 MPa, while against the High Early Strength Self-Compacting Concrete (HESSCC) variations (Viscocrete 3% + Silica fume 10%) there are 3 days of 46.4 MPa and at the age of 28 days of 57.55 MPa. (HESSCC) has a strong press greater than NVC due to the influence of Silica Fume and Viscocrete added that besides being able to make the slump flow and reducing the use of water on the concrete itself.
