ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM K3 DENGAN METODE STANDAR WISE SAFETY DANONE DAN HAZARD

Abstract

PT. Wijaya Karya Beton (WIKA) Tbk is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in pre-printing or manufacturing concrete by printing. In 2017, work accidents experienced by employees, especially the Spinning area in line 1. This study identified work accidents and looked for potential sources of work accident hazards so that this research was carried out with the Hazard method and the WISE Safety Danone Standard. This identification makes field observations. And based on the process of identifying hazards in the Spinning area there are several sources of potential hazards, namely; Work environment conditions, tools and materials, cables are scattered, employees are not disciplined, and often joke during work.
