PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADA PROSES PEMBENTUKAN PROPYLENE MENGGUNAKAN METODE APC (STUDI KASUS: PT PERTAMINA RU III)

Abstract

Productivity is one aspect that determines the success of a company in the increasingly fierce competition in the industrial world. The level of productivity achieved is an indicator of how efficient the company is in combining existing resources. The purpose of this study is to find out the productivity level of the period January 2017 to December 2017 in the process of forming Polytam in PT Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju's polypropylene refinery and the factors that affect the level of productivity. The method used to measure the level of productivity in this study is the American Productivity Center method. The results of the measurement of productivity and productivity of the company indicate fluctuations, while the index of price improvement of the company experienced a slight fluctuation every month but did not significantly affect the level of productivity and profitability. This situation is caused by the company's internal factors in the use of resources and inefficient company input factors
