Abstract
Warung Soto Ayam Surabaya Cak Dekan is a small business that operates using wheel motorized carts 3. The success of a company depends on its employees. Employees who work in conditions that are not ergonomic can cause occupational illness. One effort to prevent the emergence of occupational illness is to apply ergonomics. Ergonomics is the study of human aspects and work environment which are reviewed anatomically, psychologically, engineering, and design. The observation results in the stalls are parts of the cart that are not in accordance with the dimensions of the employee's body, in other words the cart is not ergonomic. By proposing an ergonomic redesign of a cart by measuring anthropometry or body dimensions of adults with a range of ages 19-35 years it is expected to reduce and eliminate occupational illness for employees
