PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK KARET SIR 20 DENGAN METODE QUALITY CONTROL CIRCLE (QCC) (Studi Kasus : PT Karini Utama Bangka)

Abstract

PT Karini Utama Bangka is a company that produces Standard Indonesian rubber (SIR) 20 rubber for household or industrial needs. The production process of PT Karini Utama Bangka covers the production process as soon as possible (Wet Blanket) and the finished production process (Crumb Rubber). The quality control division is one part of the division that plays an important role in controlling the quality of the production process starting from the purchase of raw materials to finished products SIR 20. Over time the problem that often occurs in this division is White Spote (WS). WS is a white spot or white spot that occurs because of the failure of the processing production process with the initial platissity value (po) that does not match the specified standard. Quality Control Circle (QCC) is an activity in which a group of employees collaborate and conduct regular meetings in seeking quality control (quality) by identifying, analyzing and taking action to solve problems encountered in work using quality control tools). The Quality Control Tools are usually referred to as QC 7 Tools which include: Pareto Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart, Check sheet, Histogram, Stratification, PChart and C-Chart attribute quality maps.
